SERVICES PROVIDED BY STRATEGY & ECONOMICS

The assigment entailed supporting MNRE and SECI in developing two utility scale concentrated solar power demonstration projects.  More specifically, the project involved preparing project cost estimates, a procurement plan, technical, economic, financial and legal due diligence and transaction implementation support.  Specific tasks undertaken by our staff included conducting a Financial Management Assessment of SECI and contributing to financial model design.
