Developing a long term business strategy for CRS the oldest and most successful health communications and marketing organisation in Nepal.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY STRATEGY & ECONOMICS
The work entailed identifying core geographic areas and core products that CRS will be able to generate sufficient profit to fully manage its health services delivery program without any external support and, secondly, to identify products and services for which CRS will need external funding support in order to make its products and services available in hard-to-reach geographic areas of the country. The ultimate aim is to assist CRS in becoming a financially self-sustainable organisation.
