PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Since the 2015 PPP Policy was enacted, the country context has changed significantly particularly with regards to the promulgation of the 2015 federal system constitution and passage of the Public Private Partnership and Investment Act, 2019. The current PPP policy therefore needs to be updated to reflect the changes implied by these developments as well as to incorporate practices that will help create an attractive environment for private investment in Nepal.
