PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The CRSP implemented the Strategic Program for Climate Resilience (SPCR) prepared by the Government of Tonga. Project outputs include: i) climate resilience mainstreamed into development planning of key vulnerable sectors; ii): improved monitoring and management of Tonga climate data and information; iii) sustainable financing mechanism to support community-based climate responsive investments; iv) eco-system resilience and climate resilience infrastructure investments development.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY STRATEGY & ECONOMICS
S&E’s Managing Director led the program evaluation which entailed producing a Project Completion Report (PCR) encapsulating the following criteria: i) Project relevance, effectiveness and efficiency; ii) Coherence in climate finance delivery with other multilateral entities; iii) Gender equity; iv) Country ownership of projects and programs; v) Innovativeness in results areas; vi) Replication and scalability; vii) Unexpected results (positive and negative).
